Предаване на таблица с данни от C# към SQL Server 2008

Липсваше ви a.TypeName ="dbo.TableTypeInitial"; Поставете този израз преди "a.SqlDbType =SqlDbType.Structured;"

Използвайте

cmd.CommandText = "EXEC FinishRegisterChoiceUserInitial @UserId, @TableTypeInitial "; 

вместо

cmd.CommandText = "EXEC FinishRegisterChoiceUserInitial @UserId, @CurrentTableInitial ";
