Заснемане на стойности на HTML елементи в динамична таблица

Поправете ме Ако не греша.. Тук искате да получите цялата стойност от формуляр, нали? при щракване върху бутона submit? Защо правите този бутон href? Да предположим, че имаме 3 данни в моя $резултат и циклите изглеждат както по-долу
